Terms of Service

Gahez AI Agent lets a business connect messaging channels it controls and have an AI agent reply to that business's customers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account. You must be authorised to administer any Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business number you connect.

The agent generates replies from the business information you configure. Language models can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing the agent's configuration, for monitoring its replies, and for anything the agent says to your customers under your brand. Do not use the agent for medical, legal, or financial advice, or for any decision that requires a licensed professional.

You may not use Gahez to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or anything that violates the Meta Platform Terms.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Harass, defraud, or deceive the people who message you.
• Collect payment credentials, passwords, or government identifiers through the agent.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to access another tenant's data.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we must comply with any enforcement action Meta takes against a connected asset.

Gahez depends on Meta's official APIs and on the AI model providers that generate the agent's replies (Google's Gemini API by default, and Anthropic's Claude API where configured). Those platforms set their own rules, rate limits, and availability, and can change them. We are not liable for an outage, a policy change, or an enforcement action on their side.

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown at checkout, either one month at a time or twelve months at a time (annual). Renewal is manual: nothing is charged automatically, and a period starts only when you pay for it. If you do not renew, the service stops at the end of the paid period. Fees, monthly or annual, are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days notice before a price change.

Annual billing. An annual payment buys twelve months for the price of ten. The monthly message allowance still resets every month of the year; unused messages do not carry over to the next month. A plan change during an annual period is arranged with us so that the months already paid for are taken into account.

Message allowance and add-ons. Each plan includes a number of agent replies per month. Message packs add to the current month's allowance only and expire at the end of that month. An extra channel raises your channel limit for as long as the subscription is active: it is first charged for the months left in the paid period, then with every renewal until you remove it. Removing it takes effect immediately and is not refunded.

Upgrading. Moving to a higher plan is a new, full month of that plan at its full monthly price, starting on the day the payment is confirmed. Any days remaining on your previous plan are not carried over, credited, or refunded.

Downgrading. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; until then you keep your current plan.

Existing subscribers. If you subscribed before the October 2026 price list, you keep your plan, its price and its limits for as long as you keep renewing it. You may move to a current plan at any time under the rules above.

Coupons. A coupon applies only as described with it. The launch coupon GAHEZ50 gives 50% off the first three consecutive monthly payments of LITE, STARTER, GROW or PRO; it is for an account's first paid subscription only, one per account, does not apply to annual billing or add-ons, and can be redeemed until 31 December 2026 at 23:59 Cairo time. Discounted months already started before that date are honoured. If the subscription lapses for more than a week during the discounted months, the remaining discount ends.

Setup service. «نشغّلهولك» is an optional, manual service in which our team connects your channels and configures the agent. It is a one-time fee, free with an annual subscription, and is booked with us on WhatsApp.

Every payment requires you to accept these terms at checkout, and we keep a record of that acceptance with the payment.

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. On closure we disconnect your channels and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages.
