There are three ways, and all of them work:

• From the dashboard. Open Channels and press Disconnect on a channel. That removes its access token, conversations, messages, and leads immediately.
• From Facebook. Go to Settings, then Business Integrations, find Gahez AI Agent and choose Remove. Facebook notifies our deletion callback, and we delete the connected channel and everything stored under it.
• By email. Write to privacy@gahez.space from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

• Encrypted access tokens for the connected channel.
• Every conversation and message stored for that channel.
• Every lead captured from those conversations.
• Your account, agent configuration, and business record, if you delete the account.

Deletion from the live database is immediate. Encrypted backups roll over on their own schedule and are purged within 90 days.

If you messaged a business that uses Gahez and want your conversation removed, contact that business directly, since they control it. You can also write to privacy@gahez.space and we will pass the request on and action it.
